Since 2010 I have regularly drawn the natural landscapes that are within walking distance of my home in South Natick, Massachusetts. The Charles River winds through the suburbs on its way to the ocean; there are many parks and wildlife. These drawings are mostly drawn in bound black sketchbooks with a variety of media: charcoal, watercolor, ink, pencils, crayons, etc. I've published several small compilations of these drawings: OBSERVATIONS, OBSERVATIONS2 and OBSERVATIONS 2015.
